In GoDigital, customers had a good overview of used and remaining self-certified sick days, as well as clear control over when the quota had been used up. This functionality is missing.
One possible area for improvement could be:
A comprehensive overview of used and remaining self-certified sick days per employee
An optional block that prevents automatic approval of hours when the quota has been used up
Optional notification to manager/employee when the limit is approaching
Currently, customers must resolve this manually via timesheets, hour types/activities, and custom views, which works but is perceived as less intuitive.
