PUSH notifications are now available — both in the app and on the web. You get notified right where it happens, with a direct link to the event. No searching, no forgotten tasks.
The form builder has received a major upgrade. You can now create questions with address fields that display a map, select users and contacts from a list, and add images as answers directly in the form. You can also define custom YES/NO/N.A. answer types — up to four options with a maximum of 12 characters each. Pages can have content descriptions, and help text can be hidden in previews and reports.
AI-generated form templates are now in ALPHA. Describe what you need, and Gripr automatically sets up pages, questions, and rules. This is currently offered free of charge while we gather experience.
The calendar has been upgraded with more space and improved UX. The monthly view shows a green dot for manually processed hours — and you can see the entire month without scrolling left and right.
Project time management has been extended. Users with full access can now manage hours on a project, and if you use the "Hourly rate" pricing model, you can create order lines directly from time entries.
Nobb and EFO-basen are now integrated — add products from your wholesaler with detailed product information, directly in Gripr.
Send emails to employees from the user page using dynamic variables with support for Gmail and Outlook — increasing the likelihood that your messages are actually read.

The "Deviation" label now displays correctly in PDF reports (no longer showing "DEVIATION")
The bulk menu has been adjusted so that text on the bottom row is fully visible

Gripr has received several updates over the past few weeks. One of the new features is the ability to send documents and images as email attachments directly from Gripr. This works in the Document Center as well as anywhere attachments are available. Forms and proposals can also be sent as a PDF via email before requesting a signature.
Task repetition has also been improved. Tasks can now repeat at a specific interval of weeks, months, or years. For example, you can set a task to repeat every 3 weeks or every 2 years by specifying a number before the selected time interval.
The project page has also been significantly improved. You can now manage participants, contacts, view project duration, remaining time, hours, order lines, and subprojects directly from the main project page. This means fewer clicks to complete the same tasks.
Order lines in proposals and other forms now use “pcs” (pieces) as the default unit if no other unit type is specified. The same applies when adding order lines to tasks and projects.
Several additional improvements have also been made.

It is now possible to enable notifications when a task, form, or project has a due date or end date. You can also choose to receive an additional notification a specified number of days in advance.
Notifications on due/end dates are enabled by default for all users, so you will need to disable them in the settings if you do not wish to receive them. If you would like to receive notifications a certain number of days in advance, this can be configured manually in Settings → Notifications.
Currently, these settings can only be changed on the web version. Support for mobile will be available soon.
