Employee folder - document owner must be the employee

When a document is created or added to an employee's personal user folder, that person must be designated as the owner of the document in their folder. The person who uploads the document should not be designated as the owner.

When searching globally, e.g. for courses, it is much easier to see that "courses" are located in the folders of Per, Pål, and Espen. Currently, I have to open the folder itself and press back or change the name of the document. For example, Course 20.2.2025 is in the folders of Per, Pål, and Espen because they are the owners of their own documents.
