Employee folders - Access for department managers - See description

The company has three departments, and it is desirable to say that:
Department Manager 1 should have access to user folders 1-5
Department manager 2 should have access to user folders 6-10
Department manager 3 should have access to user folders 7-20

We have now created a separate role for department managers, but it is not a given that all department managers should have access to all user folders, only those within their own department.

(This was possible in JobBox)
