Need for role-based customization of activities

Different employees have different work roles and keep different types of hours. To reduce noise and simplify everyday life, they need activity lists that are adapted to the individual.

Possible solutions:

  • Role/group or bucket-based activities, so that employees have different activity lists

  • Sorting/suggestions or guidance that makes it easier to choose the right activity, among activities intended for different roles
