CRM solution for tracking leads and prospects

I would like a solution where inquiries are received in Gripr, with the ability to see what is new, in progress, closed, who has received an offer, which offers have been accepted, etc. It should also be possible to respond to inquiries, create follow-up tasks, take notes, etc.
