Custom project number on project

When you create a new project or edit a project, we must see a separate field for Project number - new meta data field.

Project number should suggest project number in the same way as in Offers with "Year-6 digit number" - if Gripr is integrated with accounting, then we will check the project number that was last used and suggest the next number.

Conflict check - when you enter a number, a duplicate check must be performed. This can be done in 2 ways...wait for 2 seconds or leave the field by clicking on the outside or in a new field. In the event of a conflict, the field must have a red border and a help text stating what has happened and a recommendation.

Starting point: Project number, Product number - the backend must be able to send a call to external accounting to check if the number exists to avoid conflict already when filling in the number.

Project must be extended with Project number - located as Meta (meta_project)
