Filter on custom questions in forms

What am I doing wrong? I need to be able to filter on categories and get a quick overview (personal injury/machine damage/...) We have plotted before in an xl sheet, but the world should move forward. Deviations are a big part of our everyday life anyway. Here it must be possible to filter more. And when I filter what I can now, I want that to be what is displayed when I download (which is now only an xl out-of-the-way) Something I don't understand here?
