Global overview of untreated products across projects

I want a simple and clear way to see an overview of all products across all projects that have not yet been captured or sent to accounting. Currently, I have to check each project and task manually, which is very time-consuming during year-end cleanup. A global overview or report of untreated products would make this process much more efficient.
