GO Digital - Lock leads on individual days/months with the possibility of reopening

We invoice hours and occasionally someone enters hours retrospectively,
i.e. after we have invoiced a month.

Is it possible to get a function where we can lock the database for entering
hours?

E.g. we can lock February, March 2 ? With the possibility to open again...
