Column in form overview showing date of completion and item in the checklist that can be displayed in a column in form overview

Would like to be able to create a column for the date, i.e. when the form is filled in, the date will appear automatically. Would also like to extract an item in the checklist that can be displayed in a column in the form overview.

Showing points for Created At and Updated At is nice.
