Audio recording in form

My manager has had conversations with a number of other players and acquaintances in various project-based companies, and many of them agree on one thing: filling out forms such as SJA takes too long and is often a chore in a busy day. D has come to the conclusion that if you could dictate answers to forms via audio recording, this would be much easier.
In connection with this, I have been asked to send a request to you.

The proposal is as follows: the opportunity to make clean audio recordings in Gripr, especially on the mobile app.
The idea is to be able to access a form or even a word file in Gripr and from there be able to start a simple audio recording which, when saved, is connected to the relevant form or file.

SJA is a good example: instead of having a large form that has to be filled in by hand, you can make a list of the points that an SJA should contain, and let an employee start a simple audio recording while they can look at this list in Gripr. They will then answer all the points on the SJA list/form on this audio recording. The audio file will then be saved linked to this form and associated with this particular project. You can then use this audio file as if it were a completed SJA form.

This function can be available for all types of forms, or at least be possible for the person who creates a form to define whether the function should be available, such as the signature function.

Is this possible?
