Note fields on projects / internal notes

A note field for projects would be desirable so that employees can add internal notes. This is needed when we retrieve items from our internal warehouse, e.g., glue, grout, etc. Must be available on the app.

• The way this had to be solved today was to turn on the switch in access control on user to
  Manage content that you do not own or are not a member of so that employees can enter internal notes in the project description.
