New role as a developer

It would be nice to have a new role that can be assigned to the client. This role would then have access to reports and other information that we share with it. Currently, the "Guest" role grants too much access, as it allows the user to view order lines, hours, etc. We’re talking about a minimal role that essentially functions only as a document repository.
