PL/BL should be able to add/invite guests to the project, and the default only gets user level "Guest"

PL/BL should be able to add/invite guests to the project, and they default to user level "Guest".

Furthermore, the system must then enter these into the user overview at company level as a guest.

I.e. a reverse process, which I am convinced is not that difficult to achieve.
