It should be possible to enter a discount percentage per order line and in quotes.
In quotes, there’s a field for markup, which is based on the selling price, not the cost price. There, you can enter a negative percentage, which acts as a discount, but it isn’t visible to the customer.
Markups should, of course, be based on cost price, and discounts should be in their own, visible fields, based on the sales price.
