Report Center: Must allow searching by project number (not project name or project ID)

It should be possible to search by project number in the report center, and the report should display the project number rather than the PR number.

It would be great if the report could be generated directly from the project.

I also want the project number to be displayed in the report, since that is what we are referring to and not the project ID
