"Bringing accountants into their clients is something we really benefit from in order to build them as ambassadors, and eventually expand support/onboarding capacity.
This as an intermediate step before they become big and confident enough to get a separate support area.
We could also create a separate support area for each agency, if this is affordable for you in terms of administration. If we get a lot of these, we should probably also have a common duet user or similar, so we make sure that we also have access even if we change employees etc.
Possibly a role, or an opportunity to tag the user, a bit like a guest, so that it is not included in the user license count also works for the smaller agencies.
