Role management

Hello. I have been in dialog with you before regarding role management, and I am wondering what the status is? I want to interact with suppliers and customers per project, and I have now found a way I think is optimal. I have a main project where internal documents are located, and then I created a sub-project that I called Common Folder. This is where drawings, descriptions etc. will be available to everyone involved in the project. I link the documents that I want to share from the main project. Initially, I wanted to share the entire folder, not just documents. For example, the drawings folder, and everything that happens internally in the folder is mirrored to the shared folder. When I give access to a guest user in the project, it is limited to the project folder (sub-project) and I can't download KS documents etc (that's good!) but I have access to all form templates, I don't want that. Customers should not be able to go through our form templates. Can you limit this? So here are 2 suggestions. 1) share (link) entire folders with content 2) Restrict rights to participants
