Send orderlines to timesheet when using Duett integration

When you choose to send order line(s) from Gripr to Accounting, you must add a choice to send to Timelist - order lines should be sent as goods (products/goods are the same thing in Gripr/duet) and the referenceType on each order line must be set to Hours.
