During an inspection, it is discovered that there is a need for a subcontractor on one of the points in the form.
If the person on the inspection can create a task, fill in the need/message and then send it to the subcontractor. The subcontractor receives an email with a message filled in on the form. And that any other responsible person receives a parallel message
