Snagging on images/drawings

Hi. We would like to have checklists and other documentation tagged as images and "data" on drawings or maps.
The example below is a deviation that is tagged on a floor plan. You can also add checklists, documents, etc. to the point.
It would be great if you could do this, then we could collect even more in one place.
Have you heard of this before?
