Speech-to-text function in the folder, both for time registration, forms, and other places where it is appropriate to have it.
This will make the job of entering descriptions in time registration, SJA forms, and other forms much easier, as the preparer is often late finishing and just wants to get home/leave.
It can be difficult to sit down and write down what you have done/the answers needed on the form.
But if you can use the speech-to-text function, for example while driving or at the same time as you are working, the whole process becomes easier.
