Offer ex VAT

As we work exclusively with professional customers, it is incorrect that the prices in the offer are stated including VAT.

We have now received several feedback that we are far too expensive, where we have had to inform customers that the prices are ex VAT.

Incredibly clumsy, and something that means we can't use the quote form in Gripr unless this is changed.

It should have been possible to choose whether the quote should be with or without VAT.

If possible, VAT could only be added at the bottom, and not in the table itself.

The highlighted sum must also not include VAT.
