Timebank – Option to enable per employee (not just for everyone)

The customer would like the option to enable the time bank for certain employees, rather than for all employees in the company at the same time. Currently, it is not possible to select this on an employee-by-employee basis, but the company needs only selected employees to be able to use the time bank, while the rest should not have access to the feature.
