Hourly approval

I know that role management is coming soon, but I have a comment related to this.

We have now completed the first month of time tracking in Gripr, and see a big challenge.

It is usually the construction manager who has control over the actual hours spent on the projects they are working on.

As it is now, they can only see their own hours, and the approval is at the wrong level.

The project manager has to reconcile all control of hours with the construction manager, and we therefore spend a lot of unnecessary time on this.
