Two-way sync duet and auto-sync timer

We have created a new API with support for webhooks for the fixed registers, so that changes in Duett can also be synchronized live back to Gripr. This will ensure that data is always updated both ways, without the need for manual sync.

In addition, it would be highly desirable to consider live synchronization of hours, instead of the current solution with "Send to accounts". This would simplify the flow for the customer - they would only need to follow up on the status - at the same time as Duett gives us the opportunity to display the current hourly basis directly in Project Status.

When it comes to hourly approval, we assume that this is mainly related to payroll management, and that you can actually let users invoice the hours even before the approved status in Gripr, but this needs to be discussed further.
