Improve email with comment info.

When everyone has signed a form, we receive the following receipt by email.

Input: is it possible that on this receipt, the comments that are given when signing also appear?

If not, do you have to click on the form to see if someone has written something or not?

Example: We send a change notification for signing, and the customer signs, but writes a comment about reservations. In that case, it's good if we get this right away.
