Remediation of reports in GO digital - customer drop-down list grouped by country with select option

We have customers from 3 countries. Under "select customers" - is it possible to add countries? It would save me time if
time if I don't have to check off customer by customer every time. For example, when I need all the customers from Norway, it would be
nice to select "Norway". We also have customers in Sweden and Denmark.
