Desire to move products from one project to another

Hi, I have a customer who wants to create a project per vehicle for inventory. It works fine, but it’s a bit of a hassle to first remove a product and then add it to another project if he takes items from the vehicle inventory and uses them on a job. A “Move (quantity)” function would solve that.

Search for projects by address

Enable users to search for a project based on an address entered in the search field on the project page.

Dimensions

Request for expanded functionality for dimensions. The ability to mark them as inactive without deleting the dimension. Or the option to link dimensions to different projects and/or customers. That is, the option to select one or more projects or all of them (the same applies to customers).

Want a "undo" button

I wish I had an undo button when I'm working with templates....

Email

When you send an email from Gripr, the text in the email does not appear as it does in Gripr. All text is written consecutively, regardless of how many spaces you include.

Deleting a Project

Deleting a project in Tripletex is not reflected in Gripr. We have noticed that if a project is deleted in Tripletex, it is not deleted in Gripr. This results in two projects with the same project number in Gripr. We’ve resolved this by manually deleting it in Gripr, but this should happen automatically if synchronization is working properly in both directions.

Select which general details are displayed in the PDF form

I only want to include the customer, project number, and project name. No form details. Category: Form ID: Created: Created by: Responsible: Featurebase: https://support.gripr.no/p/tilpasse-generelle-detaljer-som-skal-vises-pa-skjema-pdf Plan (React web app) Applies only to the React web app. The Vue app and mobile app will not be changed. Note: The PDF is generated in the core API (doc-generator), so the backend must be modified for the selection to be reflected in the PDF. Submitted as a single PR together with ENG-1564 and ENG-1604. Context – The customer wants the “General Details” section in the form PDF to display only Customer, Project Number, and Project (not Category, Form ID, Created, Created By, or Responsible). The selection is made in the “View” panel in the preview (features/forms/FormDetailPage.tsx). Currently The PDF is generated on the server: “Download”/“Save”/“Send” calls GET /doc-generator?type=form (features/forms/hooks/use-form-document.ts:26-33) → services/core-api/src/modules/doc-generator/services/doc-generator.service.ts:259-272. The React preview simply mirrors the PDF (components/common/document-preview/document-preview.tsx:44). React rows: lib/document-preview/preview-head.ts:65-105 (formDetailRows). Only Form ID, Created by, and Task have their own options (FormDetailExtras, :35-39). Project, Project Number, Customer, Address, Category, Responsible, Deadline, and Created are always displayed when they have a value. PDF rows: services/core-api/src/modules/doc-generator/utils/doc-generator-form-info-utils.ts:76-99. The options are stored per form as meta_form rows(DOCUMENT_OUTPUT_*), inherited from the template (FORM_TEMPLATE_META_TO_FORM), and carried over when copying (FORM_META_TO_COPY), packages/core-lib/src/enums/form.enum.ts:115-186. No migration is needed (the field is a string). The panel: PREVIEW_INCLUDE_KEYS / FORM_DETAIL_ROW_KEYS / SAVED_KEY in features/forms/hooks/use-preview-settings.ts:13-62; features/forms/components/preview/preview-settings-panel.tsx:91-111. Pattern to follow: ENG-3197 (commit 44c6480fe0 core-lib/core-api, 2a493c3a5b web-app-react). Change (common foundation for ENG-3781, ENG-1564, and ENG-1604) core-lib/core-api: DOCUMENT_OUTPUT_INCLUDE_PROJECT, _PROJECT_NUMBER, _CUSTOMER, _ADDRESS, _CATEGORY, _OWNER, _DUE_DATE, _CREATED_AT in MetaFormField, MetaFormTemplateField, FORM_META_TO_COPY, and FORM_TEMPLATE_META_TO_FORM. timeline showing employees with their projects and tasks

Would it be possible to set up a timeline in Gripr that looks essentially the same as it does today, but with the employees listed on the left and the projects at the top? That would give me a better overview of which employees have been assigned tasks and which haven’t, in case anyone is left out.

Emails from Gripr cannot be sent this way

Hi, emails sent from Gripr look very unprofessional and aren't suitable for use. All the text appears as a single block without line breaks, no matter how you write it. I’m doing the same thing here to show what it looks like. I just sent a quote to a customer directly from the system, with myself copied in, to see how it would look. That’s the last time I’ll do this.... Best regards, Benny Schreiner

Inbox

I see that it’s possible to add a fixed inbox comment when creating a template—that’s great. I think it would be nice if this option were also available when creating a job. That is, not in the template, but easily accessible when creating each individual project or job. I’d also like an indicator on the project’s front page showing that there’s something in the inbox. It would also be nice to be able to add the client’s contact person directly when creating a job.

Reopening of Projects

Video in Response to Questions on the Form

Our technicians think it would be much more streamlined if videos could be uploaded directly as fields in forms, rather than via "Attachments."

Poor visibility for repetitive tasks

Recurring tasks are currently difficult to use because they have the same name, which makes it hard to track hours or similar information. We use a status called “Ready for Billing” under the “Completed” category, which then triggers a new task. This creates the next task, but it makes the overview difficult to follow. For us, this is closely tied to the app’s filtering feature.

Subproject: Make MÅ Easier to Use on Mobile Devices

Subprojects need to be more prominent in the mobile app. It works really well on a computer, where you can open the main project and have all the subprojects visible and accessible. I'd really like to see something like this in the app as well.

Sorting and Text When Transferring to an Invoice

Hi I have a few suggestions for improvements and a bug regarding the transfer to invoicing. I use PowerOffice Go. It would be great if it were possible to choose how order lines are sorted during transfer—manually or automatically by date, item number, or other columns. I think it’s unnecessary and cluttered to have the date on every order line on the invoice; it would be nice to have an option to include it or not. A text line containing only text—not as a product—for example, to enter information related to a product, general information, or to group order lines. When I change the text on order lines from what’s registered in the product catalog, this isn’t transferred to the invoice—the default text is used instead. Price changes are applied correctly. Free-text lines are transferred to the invoice without a product number, which causes an error when sending the invoice. This must then be manually corrected in the PO before sending. A setting for a “general” product number that can be used for free text could have solved this in a straightforward way.

Tasks in the mobile app; filter by date: low, high, custom period, and month filter

It should be possible to apply filters to tasks in the app, allowing users to select, for example, the next 3 months for better planning. A filter more like the one on the web, to get an overview of tasks in 2026, or possibly a widget called “Upcoming Tasks.”
